Saudi Arabia Work Visa
Who Can Apply from Japan
Japanese citizens and residents who have received a confirmed employment offer from a recognized Saudi organization are eligible to apply for the Saudi Work Visa. This program is designed for professionals bringing specialized expertise and skills to support the Kingdom’s industries and strategic initiatives, including:
Highly skilled professionals and specialists — including engineers, healthcare practitioners, IT experts, technicians, and consultants — are contributing to Saudi enterprises and priority projects.
Individuals undertaking strategic or long-term roles — professionals assigned to essential corporate projects, sector-specific programs, or key positions across the Kingdom.
Applicants sponsored by Saudi-registered entities — employment must be supported by a Saudi company or government organization, along with an approved work authorization issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD).
Important: Eligibility depends on a confirmed job offer and employer sponsorship. Japanese citizenship or residency alone does not automatically qualify for a Saudi Work Visa.
