Saudi Arabia Work Visa
The Saudi Work Visa is required for professionals who have received an official employment offer from a Saudi-registered company.
It is issued under the sponsorship of a Saudi employer and allows the applicant to enter the Kingdom for work, after which it is converted into a residence permit (Iqama).
This visa category covers:
Long-term employment under a Saudi sponsor
Skilled professionals in engineering, construction, healthcare, education, and finance
Technical experts and consultants joining Saudi-based projects
The visa is granted based on an official work authorisation approved by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).
Who Can Apply from the Netherlands
- Dutch Citizens
Dutch nationals who have received a job offer from a Saudi employer are eligible to apply once the MOFA authorisation has been issued. - Foreign Residents in the Netherlands
Expatriates with a valid Dutch residence permit can also apply through Saudi Visa Agency Netherlands, provided they hold an official employment offer and MOFA approval.
